Stress is the body’s natural response to situations or events in life that effect the way we function.
Stress can arise from both internal and external factors and is usually identified as the way our body relates to a challenge.
While not all stress is bad for you, when the stress becomes consistent and overwhelming then it can have a major impact on your life and wellbeing.

Examples of the more common stressful symptoms are:

  • Feeling of worthlessness (low self esteem)

  • Constant worrying

  • Lack of energy

  • Major Illness

  • Job Loss

  • Study exams
